  • Reservations

    Booking a reservation with Fur Baby Comfort & Care requires a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. The remaining balance is due on the first day of services and will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations or early returns/late departures. In certain cases, we may issue credits at our discretion for cancellations. However, full refunds will not be provided.

  • Deposits & Cancellations

    Regarding deposits and cancellations, all deposits are non-refundable. This is because our Pet Care Specialists commit to specific dates and may turn away other business due to your reservation. If you need to make changes to your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible. Credits may be issued at our discretion, but full refunds will not be provided. Please refer to the information under reservations for more details.

  • Late Departure & Early Return

    In the event of a late departure or early return, if you modify your existing reservation, you may still be responsible for the previously booked visits due to scheduling. We may issue credits towards future services at our discretion, but full refunds will not be offered.

  • Additional Accommodations

    Additional fees may apply depending on the services requested. If the scheduled service requires our Pet Care Specialist to accommodate a 4-to-5-hour timeframe, a daily fee of $125 will be applied.

  • Last Minute Reservations

    For last-minute reservations, a consultation fee of $35 will be charged for same-day consultations or consultations scheduled within 7 days of the start of service. During holiday weeks, the consultation fee will be $65.

  • Additional Fees

    Additional charges may be incurred for services such as key retrieval, medication administration, holiday rates, or extra visits to help your pet acclimate.

  • Vacation & Extended Care Services

    For vacation and extended care services, we require that all pets be visited at least once a day to ensure their safety. We do not offer every-other-day visits while pet sitting, and we do not allow job sharing, which involves another person accessing the home during the client's absence.

  • Drop-In Visits & Dog Walking

    For drop-in visits and dog walking, we kindly request a minimum of 12 hours advance notice. This applies for our Weekly Regulars. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in full charges.

  • Travel Extension/Contingency Care

    At times, unforeseen travel delays can disrupt pet care arrangements, and there may be limitations in extending drop-ins or overnight vacation care services. While every effort will be made to accommodate clients, it is important to note that this extension is not guaranteed. To prepare for such situations, we recommend scheduling additional visits or booking an extra night of care beyond the expected return time to have a contingency plan in place. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued for unused extra visits or nights if travel plans proceed as scheduled.
