Policies and Procedures

  • Reservations

    A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due at booking. The remaining half is due the first day of services and will not be refunded for any reason such as cancellations or early returns/late departures. Credits may be issued at our discretion but full refunds are not offered.

  • Last Minute Reservations

    A $30 consultation fee will apply for same day consultations or consultations scheduled within 7 days of the start of service at Fur Baby Comfort & Care’s discretion.

  • Accommodations and Extra Fees

    You are subject to an additional $100 daily fee if the scheduled service requires the pet care specialist to accommodate a 4-5 hour time frame.

  • Vacation & Extended Care Services

    All pets must be visited at least once a day to ensure safety. We do not offer every-other day visits while pet sitting.

  • Deposits & Cancellations

    All deposits are non-refundable due to your Pet Care Specialist being committed to your dates and Fur Baby Comfort & Care turning away other clients during your service period. If you will be changing your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. Credits are issued at our discretion and full refunds are not offered. See above for more information under reservations.

  • Drop-In Visits & Dog Walking

    Please provide our team 12+ hours notice or be subject to full charge.

  • Late Departure & Early Return

    If you modify an existing reservation, you may still be responsible for your previously booked visits due to scheduling. Credits toward future services may be issued at Fur Baby Comfort & Care’s discretion. Full refunds are not offered.
