My name is K.C. and I am the owner of Baby Comfort & Care, a professional pet sitting business that prides itself on providing peace of mind to Fur Baby owners. My deep connection with animals has always been a driving force in my life, leading me to seek ways to incorporate fur babies into both my personal and professional lifestyle. After experiencing a troubling incident with a pet sitter, I was inspired to establish Fur Baby Comfort & Care. What began as a small business with just three Pet Care Specialists in its first year has steadily expanded, and as we approach our sixth year, we now operate with over 20 dedicated team members. The journey of building this business has been filled with challenges, and there are days when I question the worthiness of this path due to the overall stressors it entails. Working closely with our clients, who trust us with their homes and beloved fur babies, can be emotionally draining and demanding, given the industry's high-risk nature. Despite the hurdles, I am committed to mitigating risks and ensuring a fun and secure environment for the pets in our care. The dynamic nature of this field presents new challenges daily, but the knowledge that my team is making a positive impact in the pet care industry serves as a driving force to continue to evolve as a business owner and pet care provider. Our daily objective is not only to meet but surpass our clients' expectations, and I continuously refine our operations to deliver the highest standard of care possible.
